UR Robot Tool Not Working

I am not entirely sure what is happening, I was running the UR robot through a sequence fine and all of a sudden, the tool is not working. I run an initializing tool sequence at the beginning of my program and all of a sudden, it is failing to run and is continually stuck on that line. One thing I notice is the LED light is Red with S1 light glowing red. What does this mean and how can I troubleshoot this?

You’ve gotta give us something more to go off of here to help. Share some of your code, give part numbers for your tool, etc.
