We are experiencing an issue with our UR 16e robot. When I powered it on recently, it entered backdrive mode, and is not allowing us to perform any operations. Could anyone please assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you!
Backdrive corresponds to freedrive, but before the robot has released its brakes.
So either your freedrive button is damaged, held in by something unintentionally or you have an active digital input set to act as Freedrive in the Installation → IO Setup → Input → Action.
