hi, install a software to my ur5 robot which had 3.7 and update it to 3.8 but at the moment of doing all the steps of turning it on and verifying the firmware it no longer reads any pendrive. It asks me to format but still does not read it.
I don’t understand what the problem is, I hope some idea.
