I tried to reset the robot, the robot moved a little then collapsed and turned off , displaying the safeguard stop, what would be the issue?

That’s difficult to say without more information. 
But if it’s a protective stop and not a safeguard stop, then it sounds like a wrong payload setting.
If you want more help, I would advise you to upload the support file from the Log tab.
