Hi Im using the UR3e. Anytime I power on the robot controller using the teach pendant and after booting up and showing the start up screen, the teach pendant abruptly shuts off. The robot controller also powers off after this.
If I am using remote control to power on the controller, the controller remains on only if the teach pendant is not connected. IF the teach pendant is connected, it performs the shutoff.
