Steps to reproduce:
Create a Support File, and dezip it on your computer.
Expected Behavior:
There is a folder files, and inside it there is expected to be a folder programs, that includes all the programs on the robot (including its folder structure).
Actual Behavior:
But it is missing completely. That leads to no possibility to extract all programs from robot which we need to in order to track changes over our source control system.
Workaround Suggestion:

UR5e actual Serial Number not known by heart and probably also not relevant for this issue, as I expect it is a bug/miss in the implementation.
