Steps to reproduce:
Mostly happen at the booting stage.
Expected Behavior:
Turn ON normally
Actual Behavior:
It may take 2 or 3 re-start before having the controller back to normal state at strat-up.

I’ve seen this happen too when my robots were moved in the plant, turned out to be the SD card was not fully seated.
Also that software version is a few behind, might be worth it for a full backup & an update.
Will try that but this robot is not moving around their facility… Will also have them to upgrade to newer software version. Thanks
