I´m struggling since weeks to get a nice communication between my Siemens PLC and the Dashboard Server.
If the UR is in Remote and the connection is established (from Siemens site via TCON) the procedure is OK.
BUT if someone selects on the Robot HMI the mode “Local” and switches back to “Remote” the communication will get interrupted.
I can only figure that out when i send a new command to the UR.
To “automatically” restart the TCON it would be nice to get any information about the selected mode (Local OR Remote).
I´m pretty sure I´m not the only one struggling with this. As i have asked in several forum entries about the Dashboard Server communication and there was not really a usefull answer (so far), i guess noone has a good solution.
