I just installed VMWare 12.5.7 on my machine and then downloaded the starter package from Skyfish. I unzipped all three zip files and then started my virtual machine. I created a new machine and selected the install from disk and set the pointer to the unzipped file in the directory “URSim 3.3.0.145 StarterPackage”.
My VMWare machine can not find a disk image. I would appreciate it if someone could point me to the exact file to upload to VMWare or exactly what steps I need to take from an empty but installed VMWare machine.
I have read the tutorial and this information is not in the tutorial.

I found the answer, now I am dealing with an error in pom.xml on line 70; Duplicate Bundle Executions Found.
