Im getting a ShoulderB : C341A23 : RLS Motor Encoder fault. Its a new robot with less that 60 hours on it. Any idea?
Well. It’s quite clear from the message, that there’s something wrong internally in the shoulder joint. 
You should contact your distributor and have it fixed under warranty (if it’s also new with regard to production date).

Yes, UR determined it was a bad encoder and a replacement is on the way. I was kind of hoping it was something in the programming or something I could fix quickly. Especially since its a brand new robot.
If I remember correctly, we had a bad joint right out of the box on a unit last year. It happens.
