My UR10e whlie stoping, i touch on robot, ur shoulder shaking. And now shoulder error C265A0.
I do following instruction but shoulder still error at point 51 degree.

It’s most likely a hardware fault in the joint. You’ll have to contact your local distributor and they’ll help you from this point on.
Either the joint will have to be replaced by a new joint or repaired (takes ~3 weeks).
