I have a UR10e that came back to the factory after a test. I wanted to reset the security configuration, but the pop-up that appears after the change was not displayed properly. The window was displayed off-center, so that the window was partially displayed outside the screen. This made it impossible for me to press “OK” at the bottom right. At this point I wanted to restart the robot. However, the robot no longer starts up and the screen remains black. What can I do?
power it down, check every connection to the controller; the pendant and SD card especially.
