SafetyB: C283A13: Safeguard reset input disagreement

Hello everyone.
I’m having a problem with Safeguard reset input.
I’ve connected pushbutton as a safeguard reset button to UR10e. When I press the button, it shows me the error C283A13 - disagreement within safety system. I’ve checked the wiring and it is properly connected. - Wire is connected to configurable input (0) and in the installation file configurable input(0) is assigned as safeguard reset.

Can you tell me please what else could cause the problem?

Herewith: When I don’t set configurable input (0) as safeguard reset and press the button, Configurable Input just get’s high, works properly.

As stated in the manual and shown in the installation file (both CI0 and CI1 marked as safety reset), you have to use two channels. :slight_smile:
This is required due to the robot’s safety performance level.

EDIT: If you don’t care much about the safety performance level, you can just connect a wire between CI0 and CI1, but it is strongly recommended to use two contactors with the push button.
