I am using ur3, hex-qc, and RG2 gripper. RG2 is connected to Hex-qc, and hex-qc connected via Compute Box to the ur3 robot.
The system was working properly before. But, suddenly, the UR system’s OnRobot Setup only shows the HEX-QC and no longer detects the RG2 gripper. The RG2’s LED remains solid green.
These messages appear in logs.
Program OnRobot_AutoTCP started
Onrobot Devices: HEX + QC Tool Side + [0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0]
Program OnRobot_AutoTCP stopped

I have the same problem.
I have a ur5e with the same gripper and hex-qc connection.
I thought maybe the problem was the urcap versions so I tried to install different URcap versions but no luck.
My compute box version is 6.0.2 but when I use Onrobot URcap ver 6.1, I receive an error message saying “Required Compute box versions: 6.1”.
However when I change the URcap to version 6.3 there is no error but only the HEX-QC sensor is detected.
Did you solve this issue by any chance?
I have the same problem detecting HEX QC sensor but not RG2 gripper. Any updates are appreciated.
