Question regarding remote control

I recently just started working at a startup company that does SAR testing, and one of my current goals right now is to figure out how to remotely control the UR5e arm we have. I have searched the internet for simple solutions on how to do this, but there doesn’t seem to be an easy way. I have tried downloading the external control URcap from GitHub, and have also tried connecting over IP, but I am still really lost. If anyone knows how to do this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks, and sorry if this is a dumb question.

What exactly do you mean by remote control? Do you want remote access to the interface or do you want the robot to operate without a Teach Pendant? :slight_smile:
If you want remote access to the interface, you can search for VNC on this forum. And beware the safety hazards regarding this (moving the robot without knowing if someone is standing beside it etc).
