Colleagues, hello! We have an old UR10 CB series robot that has one of its joints broken. We decided to put a joint from the same robot on it (we have an old broken one). After the replacement, the interface turned on normally, the position of the robot is displayed correctly on the screen, but when you try to turn on the manipulator, a window appears with an attempt to update it, which tries to update it three times and then says that the file system on the flash card is damaged. There was no such problem with the old joints. what could be the problem?
Hi there,
Can you provide us with the serial number of the two robots and the PolyScope versions on both?
The issue might be due to the repaired robot running an older version of PolyScope, which can’t “downgrade” the joint firmware to the corresponding version of the older PolyScope. Just a guess.
You can try to update to the latest PolyScope.
