I pressed the on/off button on the Teach Pendant and the green light comes on. The screen blinks for a split second but never boots up. I show that i have controller power on. Robot power is off. After rebooting several times it will work? Then when i restart it again it wont reboot the screen. What am i missing here?
Have you checked the connections inside the cabinet? Unplug the pendant connector and reseat it. I would also do the SD card just because i have had that be weird before.

To remove the SD card, push it in farther and release.
it should pop out slightly, but its a tight fit so it wont pop very much.
pull it out, then insert it and push to lock it in
