Has anyone noticed that since the newer versions of Polyscope (maybe around 5.15ish) that the robot boots and sits at “No Controller” for a long time? Sometimes upwards of a minute or 2 before it lets you boot it all the way up?
I haven’t. And I have worked with multiple robots on 5.16. 
Sounds like you might have an issue elsewhere.
