For my internship I have to use the UR10e to deburr the edges of drilled holes which needs quite some force.
Can Force mode help me make put enough force on it to make sure the edges are nicely deburred, or is force mode only good to limit the force. Is there any other way to exert alot of force without falling into error?
I would appreciate any tips.
The Force template is good for exactly that - exerting a specific force in a direction.
Take a look at the Force command and change the type to Frame (upper right corner). You can test the settings with the Test button while holding the Freedrive button.
