After a general power outage at the factory, when I tried to turn on the robot, the screen remained black after powering it on, as shown in the photo. Since this was a sign that it wasn’t booting, I flashed the image, but the issue persisted (with 5.13). I tried a newer version, but the problem remains (with 5.25.2).
I also disassembled part of the controller, and on the motherboard, seems that it’s still trying to boot as is shown in the video.
Has anything similar happened to you, or is there another alternative procedure for these scenarios? Or does the motherboard definitely need to be replaced?

It’s a UR10e manufactured in 2025, and these shutdowns have always been a recurring issue.
