I cannot setup URCaps on URSim 3.11.0.
Please tell us where we can.

I am not able to reproduce your issue using the latest Starter Package.

Thank you for replying.

I investigated there is “URCaps” button on URSim of “Non Linux” version(VMWare).
But there is not the button on URSim of “Linux” version.

I installed into Lubuntu 16.04.6 Japanese version.
