What font is used to display texts on URCap ProgramNode GUIs?

Actually it was bothering me recently.

It would be great to change font to something more programming friendly:

  • monospaced

  • with easily distinguishible characters, compare:

    • O o 0
      O o 0

    • 1 I i L l
      1 I i L l

    • 5 S s
      5 S s

    • 2 Z z
      2 Z z

    • ({[]})
      ({[]})

This is what Polyscope actually uses:
polyscope%20font

You can see, that it is almost impossible to recognize capital-O <> zero and capital-I <> small-L.

Can you tell me which font is that?

Not sure, but I would bet my money on Deja Vu Sans.

Seems like you were right about DejaVu Sans, but it also looks like that some languages use a different font, whish there were any info on that.

If you are pressed for time, then maybe you can use WhatTheFont Font | MyFonts

If that does not work, then you can find fonts by answering a series of questions at Identifont - 1: Serif or sans-serif?
