Hi guy! I have a problem with my ur10e. I always have a pop up with the C265A0 code (joint encoder). I followed all the suggestions on the pendant but it’s always coming back. Do you what to do with that?
Do you think that can be a thread problem like the C264A0 code?

Sounds to me like the encoder in the joint is faulty, I’m afraid. That means that the joint will have to be repaired or replaced.
