External Control URCap crashing on UR5e

Hi ,
We just got a new UR5e. So we are a fairly new user.
We are trying to use UR5e with ROS.
We installed URCap on Teach Pendant.
The UR5e node is launched by
roslaunch ur_robot_driver ur5e_bringup.launch robot_ip:= kinematics_config:=${home}/nex_ur5e_calibration.yaml

When we try to run Externalcontrol, we get following error

On ROS side the UR node is unable to execute movement command with following message.

Can you please guide us in uderstanding why the Externalcontrol URCap is crashing and how to fix it?
