Hello,
We just received the ur5e robot and are trying to connect it with a laptop to send data by the RTDE protocol.
But when we are trying to connect and we typed in the static ip in the robot it says connection refused and in the robot it says no network connection.
What are we doing wrong. My laptop ip is for example 192.168.1.1 and then we make the static ip 192.168.1.2 and then we try to ping 192.168.1.2 but it cant find it. I also can’t ssh into it.
