Cognex native command to UR

We have been able to send native commands with the UR via telnet/tcp/ip to the cognex camera and recieve cell info via write TCP/IP from the camera. My question is can I recieve telnet/native commands directly from telnet? Example: I send a sw8 native command after opening the socket to the camera which is take a picture.

This is the question. How do I receive the telnet response 0/1 or whatever to the UR cobot? I hope this makes sense.
