Change safety password without root access

Hello,

Recently we receiver a UR10e from a different location of our company. There was no documentation of any changed settings or passwords included.

There’s multiple planes in the safety setting that need to be removed, sadly we do not have the safety password. We have tried to remove the safety password file in the linux prompt, but the root login with password: easybot does not seem to be correct either.

What can I do to access the safety settings or reset these passwords?

Delete all passwords.zip (775 Bytes)
Extract the file in here, put it on the root of a flashdrive and insert it into the pendent. It should popup some red text then some green text. Takes about 5 seconds or so. Once it’s done pull out the flashdrive and restart the robot
