C4A16 comm issue

On a CB series UR5 running polyscope version 3.12.0
My robot was working. All of a sudden I can’t start it. I get C4A16 Communication Issue. Communication with joint 4 lost. Explanation: More than 1 package lost.
I powered all the way down and back up several times. The error is the same. Did something break? How can I troubleshoot further?

C4A1X communication errors are difficult to place, but there’s often something faulty within the joint.

The only thing you can try yourself is to check the wires going to the joint - unplug them and plug them in again (carefully).
If that does not solve the issue, then the joint needs to be checked and repaired by UR. Ideally the whole robot arm should be sent in, if the communication problem is located elsewhere in the arm.
You should contact your local distributor for further assistance, as they will arrange everything with UR.

I was able to fix the problem by reseating the comm connectors on the upstream joint (joint 3). There must have been a loose connection? Thank you @efn
