C4A14: Communication issue: Communication with join 2 lost

I’m encountering an error with the UR5 with a C4A14. When I enter PolyScope Expert mode to the Low Level Control it shows that
Join 0 and 1 are in Bootloader mode but all the other joints are offline. When I remove the covers on the side of the joints it appears all of them are getting power and signal.

I’ve also tried replacing the safety board and updating the software without any success.
