C274A1 : Control box fan error

Hi all,

We have a Robotnik Kairos (SDV+UR16e) in use and now I did update polyscope from 8.x to 11.x. The only issue that now arises is that I get the fault notification “SafetyB : C274A1 : Control box fan error : Fan is not running”.
I have seen that this feature is added since polyscope 10.x the UR control pcb is cooled by fans only not the ones from the UR control box but from the SDV system.

I am waiting for an answer from Robotnik, but in the meanwhile I was curious if anybody overhere knows if this fault can be override?

There is no way to circumvent this fault.
