Safety Fault C273A40

I have encountered an error in UR 10 e series. Error popped up was “BaseB: C273A40: Cross Monitoring: Disagreement on motor parameter (Kb)
Polyscope version : 5.17 , the version now degraded to 5.14 (Old version) and still the error persists.

Can anyone help me out on this issue?

Your best option in this scenario is to open a case with myUR and supply a support file from your robot.
