Has anyone been able to verify their installation with the AI Accelerator? I am having some trouble with the camera. I do not think that the compute box is registering that the Camera is connected to it (using usb). Since when I command “lsusb” the Orbbec does not populate as one of the usb. Any suggestions on what I can do?

Could you take off the little oval cap on top of the camera and verify that the white switch inside is set to ‘U’ ?
If that doesn’t help – we’ve never had problems with the Orbbec camera not registering with lsusb. Could you try a different cable?
