Access to created fixed positions or reteach variable positions

Hi Forum Members,

i am working on a project which involves many positions(>300) excluding waypoints.

therefore i want to if there is a possibility to create a variable point and to directly teach these points in polyscope or something similar.

this will reduce a lot of time during reteaching and avoids copy paste or manual entry of positions in the script,

any alternative is greatlly appreciated,
