Why Safety Input Action cannot be configured to Safeguard Stop

As I can see, Safety Input Action can be configured to:

  • emergency stop,
  • reduced mode (reduced safety function parameter values),
  • reset a stop,
  • mode selection (auto or manual),
  • 3-position enabling device.
  • automatic mode safegurd stop
  • automatic mode safegurd reset

And Safeguard Stop is dedicated, but why?
