Videos covered by style guide?

Hello,

I have one question related to the style guide:
Does the style guide allow videos in a toolbar, e.g. to explain certain steps? Or are videos forbidden at all when one wants to follow the design rules?

Videos are allowed, to the extent that they are possible to embed in the Swing UI.
In some cases, a step by step illustration may work better.

Be aware of memory consumption, when playing videos.
Particularly, that they are not consuming memory, while i.e. the View is not opened.
