URP xml scheme for URScript<->polyscope convertor

Hi all,
I want to create a program which converts URScript to a polyscope program.
To do so I need a way to create the URP XML file.
Does anyone know if universal released an XML scheme (XSD) for the URP or did anyone created a scheme which he can share with the world?
