Hello all!! I have a teach pendant that wont power up on 1 of our Cobots. It works fine in another one. I have replaced the power supply and the safety control board and still nothing. I do see lights come on the board but the teach pendant remains off.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Are you sure you turned the connector the right way? I’ve seen the exact same happen with the light come on but nothing on the screen when the connector was seated 180 degrees from what it should be.
So you replaced the whole safety control board/motherboard assembly? I would say it’s the motherboard that’s at fault otherwise, but it’s one piece with the SCB on the e-series robots, so that’s not the issue if you already replaced it.
