Hello! I have two identical UR5 robots welding a beam clip onto channel iron. The programs i’ve wrote for each robot are completely identical they’re just welding opposite ends of the part facing eachother. The one robot absolutely does perfect goes at a great speed and runs through the program like nothing. The other one has the speed set the exact same and is slowwww. it welds at the speed i want but going from waiting on a button press to waypoint one is slow no matter what i’ve tried. It also just makes a dead stop for about a second before going to next waypoint after the first which im used to it kind of doing but this is new for how long it just sits there and does nothing before moving just on that one specific waypoint. the other robot is programmed the exact same way on this job to a exact T and is doing fine and this one is having all sorts of issues. any suggestions?
