UR30 robot reports an error after shortening and re-soldering the cables between the robot and the controller

I purchased a UR30 robot. Because of dust in our working environment, the robot needs to operate inside a sealed enclosure, while the control cabinet has to be placed outside. To make this work, I shortened the cables between the robot and the control cabinet and reconnected them through vacuum connectors (feedthroughs) by soldering. However, after soldering, the robot keeps reporting an error.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? What would be the best way to solve it?

Check if any differential pair wires were not swapped or shorted when soldering.
