Hello, we have an UR16e. I was removing the teach pendant and installing a external monitor, which I already did in the past.
There was a power cut at the company floor and now nether the teach pendant or the external monitor show anything.
The fuse is ok, the 48V power supply is ok and couldn’t export log file.
The control box has some LEDs flashing.
The first sequence of LEDs are all fixed green but in the next sequence, the D202 LED has a fixed red light.
What could be the problem?
