Nothing on Pendent or external Screen

I have a UR5e that has just recently had an issue. I went to turn on the UR5e and nothing happened. I pressed the “ON” button on the pendent and you could hear the fan on the controller turn on, but nothing came up on the screen and the green light around the “ON” button is not illuminated.

I got an “Active Mini DiplayPort to HDMI” adapter and nothing comes up on the external screen either.

Nothing out of the ordinary happened to the robot from when it was last turned off to when I attempted turn it on.

Any thoughts on what might be going on?

Hi @dsanford, please contact the UR distributor that sold you the robot, they will be able to guide you through troubleshooting steps.
