I have several identical computers (Keysight M9037A Embedded Controller PCs) connected to UR5e robots. They are running Windows 10 Enterprise. I am able to use UR Log Viewer on all of them except one.
When I attempt to open UR Log Viewer on that one PC I get a spinning swirl like Windows is trying to launch it but no window ever opens. On the other PCs UR Log Viewer opens just fine.
Does anyone know anything I can do to debug this situation? I’ve tried the obvious things like rebooting. Interestingly I can use a Python script to communicate with RTDE to the attached UR5e; I just can’t get UR Log Viewer to launch.
