I’m trying to use Log Viewer support tool but I can’t start the utility on Windows 7, I get this message when I start the program:
If I close the warning window the program closes. The firewall is not actually working and my laptop is connected to the internet, so I don’t get what the problem could be.
One interesting detail is that I tried to use it on a W7 VM on the same computer and I get the same message, but I am able to use the program on the background while the License message is still there.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
