Hello.
We have recently procured a brand new UR20. So far it has been powered on for 6 hours.
The Teachpendant feels very hot. I suppose its internal temperature is around 60°C and it has a distinct smell of burnt plastic or electrical fire. No program is running, it is merely in idle mode.
Is this normal?
