UR 10 TP booting issue

Good evening,

I am facing an issue with a UR10 CB3.1. When i turn on the TP, the UR logo comes up, then the screen goes black and turns off.
Has anyone face or seen something like that?

After troubleshooting step by step we came to the conclusion that the issue is the MB.

It’s been a while since this topic started, but I have exact same problem and need some help.
Could you tell me What kind of trobleshooting have you tried?
I have no idea what to do except reinstalling polyscope.

This is most often an issue caused by the CMOS battery running out of power. That will cause the BIOS to reset, and the computer won’t be able to boot properly.
You can try to fix it by replacing the CMOS battery (beware of battery polarity) and then changing the boot settings in the BIOS by plugging in a USB keyboard and accessing BIOS. :slight_smile:
