Unable to find the linear axis, Festo Multi Axis Drive (MAD) URCap software

I have a Universal Robot we purchased as part of a manufacturing setup from a now defunct company and I know very little about it. We use the robot for palletizing.

Somehow the SD-card got corrupted. After data loss on my SD card, I almost have everything working again. I believe the last issue is the error when I try to power the linear axis. I get the message “Unable to find the linear axis. Make sure it is connected and try again.”.

On the driver there is no activity light at the incoming rj45 connector. the checkmark light on the driver blinks.

While researching more I found that i probably need the Probably need
Festo Multi Axis Drive (MAD) URCap software and license I have no idea how to get my hands on this yet because i do not know who built this system.

Hello,

URCaps and licenses are issued by the manufacturer of the product. If you need the license and URCap from Festo, you will need to reach out to them to receive it.

The ActiveDrive tab you shared a picture of is from Robotiq. If this is a Robotiq palletizer with a vertical axis and the issue actually lies there, you can request support through them and they can assist you.
