Stuck in automatic mode: Lost Password

Hello UR Friends,

im using an UR5e on latest Firmware and somehow i stuck at the automatic mode and i am not able to get back into manual mode. The guy who worked on it the last time is no longer available and im not able to figure out that password he used to change between the operational mode.

I have the Password for the System but that wont work and i hope that someone can give me an advice how to reset that Password to change to manual mode again.

I red that post before but it didnt work for me. Figured out that you need to press ctrl+Alt+F1 with an USB Keyboard and then you can enter the CUI.
