Password reset - Mode change

Hi there,

I have an actual UR3e that I am setting up. I’ve loaded the Installation and Program Files to URCAPS Starter Package SDK 1.5.0 but for some reason it doesn’t allow me to change from Automatic/Remote to Manual mode. Its not taking the password that I set up from the actual Robot.

Has anyone come across this before?

Its basically stuck on this mode…

Please contact your local distributor, they can help you reset the password on the system.
