Start program installed on robot via URScript

Hey!

I would like to start a program was was programmed through the teachpanel with an URScript command via TCP.

The idea is that the robot has different programs that are easier to program with the panel and manual teaching, but I’d like to run the higher business logic on an external computer.

Is there command that takes a path to a program and executes it?

I think it is not possible from URScript, however, I can propose you a workaround:

  1. Make your program’s data available via web service
  2. Run it with a cron (for example, on boot)
  3. Access web service on a localhost from UR Script
