I can’t start the robot anymore. I push the start button, the robot doesn’t get into the software system, after a while, it turned off. The same problem when I use the remote ON IO.
I can do nothing because of the start error, anyone met the same problem? please help me, thanks!
That looks like a total misfunctional controller.
Request support on myUR by opening a case and describe the problem same way as you have done here

This is a typical sign of a faulty motherboard. 
You will need a new motherboard. If it’s a CB2 model, you will not be able to buy the correct sparepart, since UR doesn’t offer support for that series anymore. A CB3.1 motherboard (upgrade kit) will however work in a CB2, as well. You will need to put the correct image on the USB, though.
